THE BRIEF
I was invited to bring bespoke light art to Jacob & Sky’s wedding, transforming their Twin Tipi Tent at Yeo Farm in South Devon into a dynamic focal point for the evening. Surrounded by lush forest and rolling countryside, the venue needed a captivating visual setup that would complement the natural setting and elevate the atmosphere for the wedding party. Working from advance site photos, the goal was to plot the mobile unit's positioning, battle-test my high-lumen mapping setup, and design a tailored visual palette built around the unique geometry of the tipis.

Once parked up on location, I captured precision reference shots to meticulously mask out both canvas tipi tents and the towering timber tree line behind them. I then deployed a vibrant, high-contrast display of light and motion that brought the entire landscape to life as night fell. By projection mapping directly onto the natural structures and surrounding woodland, we created an unforgettable, immersive backdrop—turning the outdoor celebration into a world-class night to remember and setting the blueprint for private wedding events.
